In 2020, I officially pivoted into the field while completing a UX graduate program at UAH, where I refined my research skills, expanded my design toolkit, and began applying user-centered methodologies with intention. Since then, I’ve led design work across a wide range of industries—building everything from mobile-first websites and POS systems for local businesses to high-traffic landing pages and ads for national campaigns.

Most recently, I spent three years embedded in an Agile agency team designing for Spectrum. I touched nearly every corner of spectrum.com, working on initiatives that spanned multiple rebrands, platform migrations, and stakeholder shifts. As the first UX-trained designer on my team, I introduced key research strategies like competitive audits, mobile usability heuristics, and information architecture mapping—ultimately helping triple our account, team, and budget while driving measurable increases in engagement and conversions.

My strengths lie in bridging research and creativity—especially within service design, information flow, and accessibility. I’m passionate about solving pain points with elegance, building things right the first time, and crafting empathetic experiences that feel intuitive, human, and delightful. I thrive in collaborative, Agile environments but I am easily adaptable to alternate frameworks and design approaches.
