Experience Summary
I worked for an Agile creative agency as a UX/UI Designer for Spectrum for three years. While there, I designed/built countless webpages and ads - improving the UX of nearly every page throughout the entire spectrum.com site, (including pages for internet, TV, and business), affecting millions of customers. I introduced my team to many UX research methods and helped implement new processes. I mastered over a dozen software programs, helped triple our account, budget, and team — through two rebrands, several client leadership restructurings, and a website re-platforming — all while the agency underwent two acquisitions. We consistently delivered designs that delighted the client and contributed to an unwavering increase in user engagement and conversions.
Prior to working on the Spectrum account, I completed a graduate program in UX and spent over two years practicing UX Research and UI Design for several small local businesses. I also cofounded a disruptive B2B SaaS startup. For all of these clients, my work directly contributed to sharp increases in user and employee satisfaction, and boosted profits. I have developed and maintained strong rapports with all of my past employers and coworkers, and my skillset has grown tremendously over the years! I live and breathe UX/UI and I am eager to transform innovative ideas into intuitive products that delight target user groups. For the past year, I have been channeling all of this energy into freelance work, taking on clients with projects I'm passionate about and learning new skills.
